We should be legally allowed to order insulin by mail from other countries.
I think this is also the price our companies sell to other countries. Essentially Americans are footing the bill for pharmaceutical companies to gain market share in other countries.
A while back there was a proposal in congress to allow Americans to buy drugs at the price sold to other countries. That along with medicare negotiating prices.
Hard to argue those numbers
Biden is proposing a cap on insulin prices. So while pharma would love to own the American political system, at least reality is a little more complex.
Seems as if employers would want healthy employees but maybe that makes too much sense.

Trump had it down to $35 when he left office…. what happened?
It’s more red tape and regulation imposed by the government here in the US. Oh yea big pharma has its place in the blame, but a big chunk goes to the politicians
