Law 13 of the FA’s rules of football

Law 13 of the FA's rules of football states "A free kick can be taken by lifting the ball with a foot or both feet simultaneously". What does this actually mean? I don't think I've ever seen someone take a free kick with both feet simultaneously 🤷‍♂️
