  1. Another stupid plan . Premier league would not be able to buy the best players , and eventually will lose the title of the reachest league . The viewership will drop because best players will be elsewhere , TV revenue will drop and fall behind another league . Some people just don’t learn ..

  2. No surprise at all to see City voting against it given how they do things. United too, and I’m surprised that Chelsea abstained and didn’t vote against it.

    Villa is a surprise though. Pretty random.

  4. Makes sense I suppose. City want to stay at the top. United want to get back to the top. Villa want to maintain whatever they’re smoking right now…and Chelsea want to make themselves as small and invisible as possible so they abstained.

  5. Why do City care if this comes into practice? They can just cook up their accounts and pull some under-the-table shit anyway.
