AAR my prayers are with the family
friends and colleagues of Congressman
Donald Payne Jr he was a wonderful
member of Congress and may He rest in
peace I also want to say my thoughts are
with the eight law enforcement officers
who were shot in North Carolina four of
whom have already passed away I commend
these Law Enforcement Officers for their
bravery and their courage and my uh
thoughts are with them and their
families like chairman agular said want
talk about their
supplemental their importance of passing
that supplemento is that it’s the best
way to achieve peace in Ukraine having
served on active duty United States
military and then in the reserves it’s
very clear to me that the only way to
get Putin to negotiating table is to
stop him on the battlefield he will not
negotiate if he believes he can continue
advancing in Ukraine his goal is to take
over Ukraine and he’s not going to try
to negotiate anything until he is
stopped and what this supplemental
package will do is help the Ukrainian
military and give them the resources to
stop Putin on the battlefield and then
that’s how we get to a lasting peace in
Ukraine and with that I yeld back

During a press briefing on Tuesday, Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) remembered the late Congressman Donald Payne Jr. (D-NJ) and several law enforcement officers who were shot and killed in North Carolina. Lieu also spoke about the House passing supplemental funding and the need for continued support for Ukraine.

  5. There was already a peace agreement, agreed to by BOTH sides!!!! The UK and US interfered with that deal to allow the war to continue!!! This is fact easily searchable.

  6. How about we stop funding this brutal war and push for peace negotiations. Have you seen the videos of the people in Ukraine fleeing and surrendering to Russia. Have you also seen the videos of the Ukraine military beating them for trying to flee. Why are American companies (like Blackrock and Vanguard) buying up farmland and other areas in Ukraine and why is Zelensky selling it when the people of Ukraine don't want it sold. How wealthy has Zelensky gotten due to continuing the war and sadly at the death of his people Something very shady about this war

If you're pro-Ukraine then you want at least one of the three nuclear states of NATO (could be all of them) to offer Ukraine an actual mutual defense treaty to secure what's left if it gives up what's been lost these past 10 years. If you're talking about negotiating with Putin then you have no clue what's happening. You haven't been paying attention the last 10 years. You just don't understand
