11. This one seems pretty easy. His campaign probably suggested in a documented form–email or text–that she get an abortion. He can’t afford to let that get out in discovery, so…he won’t. The lawyers have to figure something else out, I guess.

    AKA: The case is unwinnable because of damning evidence that they’re being forced to turn over, so the law firm is cutting their losses.
