I am sick and tired of this whacky cult. Where did these fuckers get my address from?

Does anyone know what steps I can take to stop these psychopaths from ever contacting us or sending us their bullshit letters?

We are not part of their “church” (it’s actually a cult but I digress). We have never let a Jehovah’s Witness into our home to proselytise, nor will be ever because those people are fucking insane. I do not know how they got my home address from. The letter didn’t have a name addressed to it, just “the occupant”.

You spreading your insane beliefs in this way is tantamount to harassment. You will not steal a single cent from me like how you did from your brainwashed believers. I would rather let myself be fucked by 1000 demons than ever step foot in the pisshole you call a church. You cannot and you WILL NOT indoctrinate me like you’ve indoctrinated the people in your church.

To the Jehovah’s Witness church: I hope you relish in the belief that the money you demand from your brainwashed flock which went to printing and posting this bullshit religious material, has gone to waste and instead of wasting my precious time actually reading any of that tripe, I drank 4 coffees and pissed on your handwritten letter. That is honestly the *nicest* thing I can say about what I think of you.

This is the same religion that knocks on peoples’ doors on Christmas fucking Day and tries to convert them by telling them they will go to Hell otherwise. For fuck’s sake, I am not even a Christian. I am not a believer in any religion but I do not have a problem with someone believing until you start being a cunt about your religious beliefs (which are beliefs, not empirical fact in any way) and attempt to impose them on other people who want no part of it. But to interrupt people on Christmas Day too? A holiday which – whether you celebrate it in the Christian religious sense or in the family sense – is a day which people spend with their loved ones. You are going to interrupt people on that day too?

Instead of taking your poor children with you knocking on doors, how about you take them to the bandli sometime?? How about letting them interact and have fun with other children instead of listening to what The Watchtower tells you and keeping them away from other kids. How about letting the teenage members of your congregation actually live their lives instead of telling them they can’t be friends with people who aren’t Jehovah’s Witnesses, and stop telling them to convert those same friends.

The next time you insane assholes knock on my door, I am giving you a 10 second warning before I spit in your faces. Go fuck yourselves and leave people alone. Fuck all of you.

    P.s they have a do not call list which they should follow if you ask them to put your address on that list.. though this involves communicating with them.

The strange part is they were sent shortly after something drastic occurred such as a family death etc… Could be a coincidence but the context of the text and timing did feel like you were being watched. It really seemed like they were targeting vulnerable individuals who recently went through a hardship.

The most fucked up thing I experienced is while on the bus back when I was in university they would just start conversations with you about this shit and after 6/8hrs of lectures the last thing that I want to do is to listen to your bs. Being on the bus is already uncomfortable enough with strangers sitting close to you for 1hr+, just let me listen to my music in peace please, thank you.

    Being someone that does not really care about religion I have nothing against anyone following your own religion or cult or whatever but please let me live. Everyone knows you exist. If I want to join I know what to do eventhough it’s never going to happen.

  7. I read a story once that if you tell them that you used to be a Jehovah’s witness and you have converted to another religion they will avoid you like the plague. Apparently they have this weird belief about apostasy that you can become contaminated by it. Apparently it works. I never got to test this theory, sadly. The ones that knocked on my door didn’t make a fuss once I told them to kindly bugger off. :))

  8. I haven’t received any kind of mail from them for a long time but bump into them once in a while whilst walking. They’re always very polite and are less than harmless.

    They don’t deserve this kind of hostility. In fact, by the definitions used by those who subscribe to the existence of hate crime and hate speech, I would say that this qualifies neatly into that description.

    I don’t know how regular you are getting messages from them, but if they really were becoming that much of a nuisance, I would contact them and let them know about it.

It’s been a while since I’ve heard about or seen Jehovah Witnesses, last time I did they knocked on my front door and my mother opened, her begin the saint that she is, firmly told them “If you want something to drink, tell me, I’ll bring you a bottle of water just don’t step into my home. Also, I’m going to tell you this once, stop knocking on my door and leaving leaflets into my letter box, because I’ll just do like the whole neighbourhood does and throw it away, so essentially, it’s wasted paper” they kept trying to force us to take a leaflet, we once again refused, they acted offended and started muttering about us being rude and needing saving or some shit, anyway they stopped knocking after that.

    They’re annoying as shit and I totally understand your anger.
    I would suggest posting your original post to Facebook, though. Most Jehovah Witnesses are boomers so I would guess they probably spend a lot of time on there.

  21. Letter writing is how JWs who are in quarantine replace door to door evangelizing. You can write a letter back to them saying that you are an apostate and they will leave you alone since Witnesses aren’t allowed to talk to people who have left their religion.
