  1. > There was a David Dennison on Davidson’s high school hockey team, which is why he chose the name for Trump, he testified in court.

I wonder how that guy feels about being a weird footnote to history

  2. I’ve never felt the need to use a pseudonym on a legal document instead of my actual name, but if I did, it would probably only be because I was simply doing something wrong and didn’t want people to find out what that was.

  3. I’ve had a few pseudonyms:

    1. Company I worked for was doing nefarious shit

    2. I was writing smut

    3. I was writing different smut

    4. I was writing romance

I think it’s safe to assume Trump wasn’t writing a goddamn thing, so that leaves nefarious shit.

  4. There’s a LOT of disclosing “nondisclosures”.

And since one generally goes to a sex worker to remain anonymous, that ain’t working. Id say it would sully the business but then there is that Human Imperative aspect that keeps getting in the way: sex & $$

    What could go wrong?

  5. Please tell me it was Mushroom Head or Toadstool!

  6. “They will never know that I am the REAL Ronald Krump!”

  7. It seems like unless you are full on MAGA that you can deny he tried to cover all this up. The only real question then is if that cover up is actually illegal under the laws they are trying Trump under. If yes hopefully the jury has the courage to convict him.

  8. What name did he use? Baron Von Shitzinpantz or whatever Cohen was calling him?

  9. He is always trying to grift one way or another as the rapist traitor he is, very small.

  10. I believe that’s the name he used back when he was a Playboy, calling in radio shows to praise Donald Trump as David Dennison

  11. Fraud. You’re using too many words to describe something that has a name and is associated with those actions in a way that is punishable by law. It’s called fraud.

  12. He’s doing this so he can say *HE* wasn’t charged, but this other guy was…

  13. Y’know, other issues aside… what a mood killer. “Hey, let’s have wild passionate sex! But first here’s a ton of legal documents we’re going to need to sign.”

Clearly the four hour erection side effects for Viagra aren’t really a negative, it’s just all about getting through the documentation phase.

  14. How does the fact this old bastard paid to fuck a porn star not automatically disqualify him from running for office? Bill Clinton was fucking an eager intern and got impeached. How is Mr. Mushroom Dick even still a viable candidate? WTF is wrong with Republicans?

  15. How is a pseudonym even allowed on a legal document?

What stops the silence party from agreeing and then talking out about it afterwards, and claiming that the contract was with the pseudonym, and not the actual person.

  16. how do you publish an article, update it 6 hours later, and still have a grammar error in the 1st sentence of the 2nd paragraph.

    > New York attorney, Colleen Kerwick, told Newsweek that using an alias is rare in a such a case.

  17. >”Using a John Doe name isn’t a crime, but it’s a building block for a case about a cover up. It was never a crime to purchase the intellectual property rights in someone’s story,” Kerwick added.

    >”The alleged crime is the falsification of records to cover it up,” she said.

I thought the crime was that it violated campaign finance law?
