Russian energy giant Gazprom reported its first annual loss in 24 years amid Western sanctions (yes mods this is war related)

7. Putin playing a shell game to try to hide to cracks in the economy. But the cracks are getting more visible. Another key one is the 10% rise in fuel prices, in spite of orders from the Kremlin to prevent that.

8. I would be interested in Gazprom’s cash position.  How many quarters of losses can they sustain?  Or will they just get a bailout by Russia printing money for them?

14. This is the one thing Putin is afraid of, His oligarchs losing money. They will come for him. It’s the Russian way.
