Not a thing in Germany. I have (rarely) seen systems that can store TV under the ceiling but no TV lift here.
I’m in Ireland and I’ve never heard of these things. I suspect they’re a very niche thing, viewed as a luxury. You’ve probably found that the mechanism without a cabinet is quite cheap – for example, this: https://m-eur.vevor.com/motorized-tv-mount-c_10898/800mm-motorised-tv-lift-with-mount-bracket-wireless-controller-for-26-60–p_010369055932 (I am not endorsing that one, I only found it at random).
From Googling, it looks like “TV lift” is the right term. Associated terms include “hidden”, “motorised”, and “remote control”.

Seems a very fair price. There is the furniture itself, the mechanics for the lift, the electrics with the remote control. All is to build and assemble individually, because nobody offers these parts off the shelf.
No, most Germans would NEVER buy such a thing. It simply takes up too much space in a normal living room.

It is. Look at the design. No European household would accept that in an apartment. The style screams U-S-A. Simply mount your TV to the wall or – if you prefer the old fashioned way – get a TV board.

What I wasn’t able to find were pre-built cabinets with lifts already installed – it seems like all you can get are the lifts themselves (which you’d then have to integrated into a cabinet yourself), or custom-made cabinets with a TV lift.
I agree with the others that these products are relatively niche (so not widespread enough for there to be pre-built cabinets with lifts), but not completely unheard of. For example, [here is a fairly swanky DIY version](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Wunxh-ijhk).
