US continues to oppose Israeli Rafah offensive without plan for civilians, says Blinken

on RAF itself look uh our position is is clear uh it hasn’t changed uh it won’t change um we cannot will not support a major military operation in Rafa absent uh an effective uh plan to make sure that civilians are not harmed and no we have not seen uh such a plan Israel has made very important U compromises in The Proposal that that that’s on the table uh demonstrating its um desire and willingness to get this agreement get it done uh now as we’ve been saying it’s on Hamas uh Hamas has to decide uh whether it will take the steel um and actually Advance uh the uh situation for the people that it purports to care about uh in Gaza uh there is no time for delay uh there’s no time for uh further uh haggling uh the deal is there they should take it

  16. America is building a dock for “humanitarian aid” to get in. It’s beginning to look more and more like it will be a humanitarian passage out of Palestine. That was the plan to move people out the way for the Rafah offensive. It’s clear as day.
