2. Honestly what’s it gonna take for us to force a ballot measure to make the state buy out the utilities and we have the state run it? Capitalism for the sake of capitalism is gonna destroy us all.

3. And this with the glut of cheap solar we’ve been getting midday, everyday for the last month. Regulators need to get tough on PG&E and put mandatory limits on price margins, or just seize it under eminent domain. We’re all getting screwed by a sanctioned monopoly.

4. Everyone cries about the devastating effects of failing infrastructure, yet nobody wants to pay for it to be fixed.

5. Really? My energy costs have gone down in San Diego from the last few years.

   I also used to pay $90 a month to charge my car, now I’m paying like $35 a month.

6. Basic rule of economics. When demand grows ( EV&Co) prices go up.

7. Pfft, here in Hawaii I have a 650 sq ft home and pay over $300/month
