1. Well, “free” if you can proposa a usage concept that recognizes the historic significance of the whole plot of land. There’s also a massive building on it that was a sort of political school for adolescents in East German times.

   You don’t just get a large, wooded plot of land outside Berlin to do with as you please.

11. I don’t really see the “historical significance” of a place like this. It’s not Auchwitz it’s just Goebbels’ dacha. Bulldoze the thing to the ground and rezone the land so that it might be of some use to people.
