BBC will never complain if in a place of work there are a lot of coloured people working. They only complain if there are in their eyes too many white people somewhere and not enough coloured people.

I work for a huge TOC, and I have seen a mass replacement of male drivers with female drivers and even a lot of trans ones, too. I’m not necessarily saying it’s a bad thing, but it is changing and rapidly so. If anything, it seems like affirmative action.
