   Aren’t these tasks all testing candidates to see if they can function under pressure and what they do? Sometimes at work, things may not go well, would they dart on or cry on the spot? Still time goes tick tock and something needs to happen and maybe the interviewers are looking for this, just their methods need refining?

4. The result of useless managers promoted far beyond their level of competence. They have no idea how to identify the best candidates so they make up rubbish like this.
