  8. My understanding was that ‘have a go hero’ was a derogatory term used to describe someone who was attempting to intervene in an issue beyond their ability.

    Sounds like this man was stepping up and performing a civic duty. Placing himself in danger to protect someone more vulnerable than himself, just the term ‘hero’ may suffice.

  12. Who in their right mind walks through the middle of an elderly couple like that? Just walk around and give them space. Looked like he was spoiling for a fight. Well he certainly succeeded in his mission, and was put in his place twice!
