Can anyone help interpret any of this writing for me? It is written in a book that belonged to my great-grandmother. I was told it is written in German. The top line says "Vera Strauss" and the bottom line is "Hahndorf Nov 26th 1913" but I can't understand any of the writing in between.
Thank you

  1. You might want to try r/kurrent given this is written in Sütterlin.
The letter seems to end with
„Zur Erinnerung an Deine Dich liebende Mutter L. Strauss“ roughly translated to „As a reminder of your loving mother L. Strauss“

  2. I really only can make out the three words after the main paragraph, they are “Zur Erinnerung an” = in memory of

  3. It’s a Biblical verse. 2 Chronicle 15:2. As stated in the end.

  4. Vera Sirous

Dear Vera if not well, would you mind if you visit; and we want for the highest mountains our big some tiny, hidden bridges; would if when you wished to want to read and more. 2 Francs 15 1/2
