Isn’t Cyprus supposed to be the home of golden visa where a lot of Russians flock to and start up shady forex companies? How worse are the restrictions compared to Greece?
Erm, what is the difference between unrestricted and allowed?
In Austria its only unrestricted for other EU citizens. For everybody else its “allowed with restrictions”.
