Guys, I have a question since I can’t find a lot of current information regarding that in western media. How strong is the popularity of Selenskyj and keeping up the war at the moment? Western politicians always say we will support Ukraine as long as possible so I am trying to figure out how big the support within the population still is. Would be great if some Ukrainians could answer that here
I think the numbers are much higher. Some reports are near 450k.
Russia only has a population of 140 million. US will be triple its size soon. This misconception that they have unlimited people to waste is bs. They just do it because that’s their stupid culture of war.
Its also counted those of Wagner and all those who rot on Ukrainian soil.
I’m sure that in addition to these KIA numbers is another number not being included, the suicide rate of the WIA who return home with their disabilities. They already have such a high suicide rate in normal times.
We’ve heard numbers much higher than this for over a year now. Mediazona confirmed 55k AFAIK…but could be wrong. These casualty figures are largely guesses and as we are all on one side I don’t trust any of them. I doubt we’ll ever know for sure…tbh I’m not sure Russia even knows
That’s a very reasonable number. Ukraine is claiming 400k+ casualties, and with the ratio of 2 wounded per 1 killed being very reasonable and common in wars, their numbers line up pretty well.
that’s the low figure. probably more than 200.000 already and 300.000 injured
We’ve all seen the Russian bodies lying where they fell for 2 years now. Now what numbers do you believe?, with what you’ve seen with your own eyes here or on other platforms, what you’ve actually seen. It’s like we’re right there every day. The Russians have no respect for their battlefield casualties, they clearly don’t care. The real numbers must be massive.
