International GCE Students looking to get a bachelors from Germany

I made a document for the application process from Egypt specifically but the process should be similar for all International GCE students.

This is meant to kinda clear up the confusion most people get when they first look into studying abroad.

This is still a WIP and I'd like to get some feedback :D.
