Today, I shall be cooking up a rotisserie chicken, making a grape cordial and reminding myself not to set the alarm clock for tomorrow.
I am at my Dad’s for his 69th birthday.
Which is nice.
There are 8 geese in the garden so I can’t leave the house today
I finish work in about 20 minutes, gonna go home, get all my old git lycra on and head out on the cycle for about 3ish hours. Looks like being a nice day so won’t have to overkill the layers. Back at work tonight so I’ll have a bit of a kip later. Nice and simple, just the way I like it.
In Birmingham as my husband is doing the 10K today. We had quite the eventual day yesterday so I’m excited to get back to Bristol haha
It’s going to feel nice watching Sunday Football/F1 and not having the impending doom afterwards knowing I have work in the morning.
Spending the morning in the garden. May also spend the afternoon in the garden, depending on whether or not Mr Apprehensive wants to go clothes shopping. He’s tall and has been complaining some of his t-shirts are too short, and also needs a jacket that isn’t the walking coat I bought him 6 years ago.
Was maybe going to go for a swim but think I’ll have to be in for amazon deliveries instead. So will probably keep on with decluttering/cleaning the house and have a walk instead.
