I found these during my morning coffee. They are immediately next to our kitchen window.
How should I handle these? I know it’s illegal to kill these animals, but I don’t want a huge nest growing here.

Inform the landlord if you are renting.
If you are the owner, contact a specialised company for wasp nest removal.
If in doubt, contact NABU for example

OK, OK, i agree it is not funny having a wasp nest at the house. Ask some bee-keeper if he can take it away.
They are only wasps. Unless you have your breakfast table under the gutter, it should not be a problem.
Wasps are not aggressive unless you sit on them or something. They don’t randomly attack people.
