I don’t know what to think about news coming from an organization that has as main sponsor the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). Wasn’t there some criticism about their activities in Eastern Europe?
Russia historically has treated its own people like this, Europe would be foolish to think its enemies would get anything better.
This is the first time I hear of this ‘Donetsk people’s republic’, when have they proclaimed it?
One of the reasons I haven’t seen my paternal grandma and granddad since 2014. They are now on a Russian occupied territory, in a small town near Donetsk. I myself Russian-Ukrainian, born in Russia but raised in Ukraine.
