Those around Vitor Roque say that Xavi barely even speaks to the striker, which makes things difficult for the player to contribute what the coach wants. Communication doesn’t exist. @RogerTorello

❗️Vitor Roque sees how Ferran Torres and Marc Guiu are favoured with minutes ahead of him.

While this is what’s coming from those around Vitor Roque, the coaching staff has a different version of the story – talking about how individual videos are made to show what they want from Roque and that he’s a player Xavi corrects during training. @RogerTorello
Fati, torre and now roque. Xavi takes vendetta against the board in his own ways which also ruins a player’s career.
‼️ Vitor Roque doesn’t understand his situation at Barça. The situation he is living in Barça is affecting him enormously and those closest to him admit that the player is not having a good time at all. He looks sad and even at home he is not able to disconnect from his situation in the team, even to the point of reaching tears.
In addition, from the player’s close circle they maintain that Xavi does not talk to him, that communication does not exist and that in this way the player will hardly be able to contribute what his coach wants from him.

this is Xavi’s legacy as a Manager.
Just how bad is roque that the coach who gave minutes to literal kids won’t give him even a full match to showcase his ability?? Man atp I don’t care if he brings success to Barca or not, I just want to see the end of this story because I can’t see another talent getting wasted. Do something Xavi ffs
This is just so sad both from the teams pov but more importantly Roque’s career pov.
If this is true xavi needs to go
He needs to fucking go immediately
Sounds like bullshit to me
Xavi staying is and will be a mistake
Just sounds like such a sporting director buy. Arguably talented, but doesn’t fit what the coach wants… I though we had made that mistake more than enough times to learn from it.
The fact that our attackers still lack chemistry between them and waste so many chances instead of passing to each other has to be on Xavi.
I can’t bear to watch effectivelly all of Lewa, Raph, Lamine, Felix, Ferran and even Cancelo shooting and losing the ball when they have options to secure the goal, and it happens countless times every match. Sometimes it’s like they try to take revenge on each other by not passing.
Our team is very weak mentally and they’re to proud to account for their mistakes, including Xavi all the time they complain, and when Gundo actually said something right, it caused issues.
I love Xavi’s passion but his inexperience shows
This is exactly how the media pressures our managers into leaving.
This is so fucked. Is Xavi really doing this to a kid who just turned 19? Is his Spanish bias real?
This is incredibly sad if it’s true and honestly a really bad look for Xavi. I understand that Roque may not have been a signing he wanted and giving a player minutes is another thing entirely, but properly communicating with a 19 year old who moved halfway across the world is the least he could do
He’s an 18 year old, first season in Europe. How the hell will he develop as a player if he receives Riquelme treatment, this is absolute amateur hour
I really don’t get roques situation – it’s not like we’ll do worse with him playing. Vini Jr and rodrygo took almost 2-3 years to actually start having an impact and they used to get atleast 15-20 games a season – either starting or as a rotation.
Another reason why Xavi is not a good coach. Ignoring players like this is so unprofessional and bad for the club’s future.
Sadly, it looks like the good ol smare campaign has been launched to force the poor kid out. I, for one, would like to see Roque leave so that he can turn into a superstar somewhere he will deservedly be a starter. It’s sad and I would love for him to stay but it’s just unfair to the kid
XAVI hates FDJ tried to dump him before XAVI hated Fati and sabotaged him now XAVI is sabotaging Roque young players NEED TO BE NURTURED look how RM treated Vini from the time he arrived at RM
People criticising Xavi on this one, if that is what Roque mentality is he can gtfo as soon as possible. Stop crying and work for what the coach asks you to do.
Thats what happens when the club brings players thatbthe DT doesn’t want/need. On top of that Deco must be investigated for conflict of interest.

Xavi’s playbook
Lol your manager is like the complete opposite from Don Carlo
