Xavi intends to make many changes in the team this summer, that will involve the exits of a lot of players. Joan Laporta also feels the same way. @ferrancorreas

Then they renew sergi roberto next week 🤡
I guess Ferran isn’t on the list of the exits right ?
This just in: YOU CANNOT GET RID OF PLAYERS UNDER CONTRACT IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE. THEY TRIED THAT WITH FDJ EVEN PLAYING HIM AT CB TO GET HIM TO LEAVE AND HE REFUSED TO LEAVE. These 2 dummies don’t even know how contracts work smh.
just to sign players like Dani Olmo or Bernardo or Kimmich

We all know this ain’t true
– i think we should sell the next : ferran, lenglet, eric, fati, romeu, de jong, marcos alonso,
– and buy this : cancello, nico williams, onana then if we get a way to get bernardo to rest our 16 yo a little bit
Totally understandable. Xavi’s legacy as coach is on the line. And he knows it’s his last season so.
Players who i think should leave:
Torres
Lewandowski
Cancelo
Felix
De Jong
Fati
I think we can make an interesting revenue from them. Im ready for the down votes btw
Noone will want to leave and noone will want buy them for atleast “ok” money.
And that will happen by Xavi’s will alone? Cause who will want to leave?
The changes: Roberto extending, Garcia: coming back.
If we want these players to leave, We need Xavi to have those convos. As much as we say we can’t make any player leave, my take is that Xavi has been playing diplomatic towards players most transfer windows. It appeared that his approach was to support and give confidence to them just in case they don’t leave. That’s smart in some ways. I believe this because remember it took him telling fati and Garcia that they had to leave and they left shortly after even though they wanted to stay. Issue was it happened late in window.
For example, i think if Xavi officially communicates to fdj, Lewa the beginning of this window that they need to go into a different direction, they would at least strongly consider starting to evaluate their futures and maybe find an exit. Not guaranteed. But that’s what it will take. Not the sporting director agreeing to a transfer with a club without player involved. It will have to be collaborative. Lewa and fdj aren’t going to just leave to anywhere.
(Just using fdj and Lewa as examples as they are high wage players who have stated many times their desire to stay. Despite that signaling I think one convo with Xavi can change that)

Our transfer policy in a nutshell
Lies and propaganda. Don’t care, because at the end of the day he simps for Roberto.
When are we going to see changes in the management?
My hard reset transfer list would be the following:
Tough decisions that would need thought of replacement:
Fdj
Lewa
Ferran Torres (tough for Xavi lol)
Inigo (tough because he’s a rare left foot CB)
On bubble difficult decisions:
Araujo … I really think he’s one of the best CBs in world and could be a future leader of the club. I’d prefer for him to stay. But his costly mistakes, his ball playing abilities may have reached their ceiling, his leadership potential may be questionable. I think these are valid questions but I don’t feed too deep into them at this point.
Pedri … I believe in pedri. I think we should keep him. He’s one of the most inspirational players to watch play. He’s on this list simply because injury issues. With some of our FFP constraints we may not have luxury to have a key player like him with these types of availability issues. That being said to me it’s either fdj or pedri should leave and I prefer to keep pedri.
Ansu fati … this one is difficult to me. I still believe in him and want him to succeed. He’s still young. That being said his wages are high and we may need to just turn the page.
Easy decisions:
Alonso
Lenglet
Dest
Romeu
Joao and Joao (non renewal)
Ones to keep that some may be open to leaving:
Raph … he’s frustrating to watch but he’s won me over this ucl. We need his mentality on our squad that’s what we are lacking.
Kounde … he’s shown real resiliency bouncing back from such an embarrassing run of form into becoming arguably the best most consistent defensive performers this last stretch of season. He was also arguably better in attack than cancelo of late which is crazy.
He can start by making changes to his coaching team.
Xavi should instil pace in this team like when he has auba traore and dembele – Xavi is not a coach like pep or lucho, he’s more an ancelotti type of coach. Players like olmo shouldn’t be the priority.
However the sales list of required should be lewandowski (unless he reduces his salary and accepts a rotation role which I don’t think will happen), Garcia, lenglet, dest, Romeu and if required Christensen, Fati is a 50/50.
Don’t spend on either cancelo or Felix. Main priorities should be nico williams and a cdm.
Let ferran rotate a striker role along with roque and guiu depending on the matches.
I know people might say sell ferran but we would get no profit from it and i don’t think roque or guiu are ready yet.
Playing xi: nico, ferran, raphina/ yamal, gundo, fdj, pivot, balde, araujo, kounde, cubarsi/ Julian araujo/ Fort, MATS
Bench: Gavi, Pedri (needs to be benched till he gets his fitness back), Faye, Fermin, Roque, Guiu, Roberto (as he’s staying anyways), raphina/ yamal, Bernal, Casado (if he stays), Guido, Valle, Fort/ Cubarsi/ Julian Araujo, Pena
What’s changes!?!?
Ideally, the only ones who should stay are Lamine, Fermín, Gavi, Pedri, Gundogan, Christensen, Balde, Kounde and Cubarsi, with Guiu and Hector Fort on hold to see how they develop next season.
Lewy is declining too sharply and I fear his next season, Ferran is dead weight, Felix has no blood in his veins, Raphinha is okay but he can’t dribble and he has market, Sergi always fucks it up, FDJ is destroying those ankles and his double pivot/advancement football is of not use for us ideally, Romeu is dead weight, Cancelo doesn’t understand the concept of defending, Araujo has had his mind in another place for a long time now and forgot his brake, Iñigo is okay but has no place here, and Alonso doesn’t even know why he is still here. + Roque and all the cessions and forgotten players we have playing who knows where.
Unfortunately no one will go because they get paid too well here or are of no interest to other teams. I honestly only see Araujo and Raphinha getting sold (maybe), and Felix and Cancelo returning to their teams.
Unfortunately most players who need to leave are players Xavi wants to keep, such as Ferran, FdJ, etc. I think Xavi will pressure Inigo, Alonso, Romeu (and Felix) to go if it means signing a proper LW and DM, I just don’t see us being able to buy anyone proper with that money. We need a big exit like Ferran, FdJ or Raphinha if we want to dream of signing a Nico or Zubi type player.
