  1. Yeah, I think Armenia should lift dual citizenship restrictions for public offices. People think having dual citizenship is a security for their future (be it Russian, US, French or others) and I bet this is being a serious constraint on competent people in diaspora or even among repatriates.

    To be fair, several times I’ve bought stuff from Amazon only to notice much later that they’d slipped a foreign citizenship in the box along with the wine offers and free photo prints. I guess I missed ticking the “Please don’t send me my free citizenship” box.

  3. Another person that could have been president and was connected to Nevis is Alexander Hamilton. I have seen his birth house there. It is now a museum and I believe the local parliament upstairs.
