It’s a bit more than just ‘impartiality concerns’. As the article says, one of the associates said: “Xinjiang is just lovely, Lovely people, breathtaking nature, great food. And no forced labour, no genocide, or whatever other lies the western media might come up with.”
This wasn’t just a research center not being impartial, this was a research center being paid to repeat Chinese propaganda.
Those who accepted the funding in the first place should face consequences.

China has the money and power no EU country has. As most europe is highly indebted and has serious problems to keep up with all the new products and services from China and USA, it’s just a matter of time that we fade and become basically puppet states. Unless we make something about it, which seems the whole continent is unwilling to.
