Visising Tartu, maybe some locals can help me out? Tartu pdf parking map and Mobilly shows parking is divided by streets, yet the Pargi.EE app shows them divided by zones.
Anyway some locals near my apartment pointed me to this street inside an apartment building complex. Its colored as Zone B in parking.ee but not marked as paid street on any other maps im looking at.
Anyone can help me out with this? 🙂

the street behind the apartment buildings is not part of the paid zone.
The paid “zone” is still a list of streets, not overall coverage (https://www.tartu.ee/et/tasulise-parkimise-piirkondade-loend#B-piirkond). Looking at the actual land cadaster map, the street behind is actually part of Vallikraavi and not named in the B-zone list.
I don’t own a car and don’t know much about parking zones in Tartu but I know the place you marked.
The alleys you’re referring to are just random mostly unpaved gravel roads around the buildings so if you have an apartment there you should be OK to park there as well. Since either each apartment has a dedicated place for it or it’s just wild west. Maybe ask your host for clarity?
