  1. Rich Assholes will always be Rich Assholes regardless of national origin.

  2. As an American, and a Chelsea fan, I believe it truly shows the lack of understanding in English Football. I wish these billionaires from up North would just focus on American football.

  3. This article makes no mention of local businesses. When they talk about clubs needing to build more for match day experience even making a dig at grounds only selling beer and pies basically. Local businesses an important part of the football experience, the pubs, takeaways, restaurants, shops and burger vans etc thrive on us fans visiting on match day. I will never forgive West Ham for basically telling the local community around Upton Park to go fuck themselves and with the new ground I’m sure they don’t give any local businesses a chance

  4. What’s the obsession with all star games? I honestly question the integrity of people who sit there and watch an all star game of any of the American sports? I can’t imagine anything less entertaining. The ratings are also terrible? Is it just extra gate revenue?

  5. First they came for our housing, and I said nothing. Then they came for our fast food, and I said nothing. Now they’re coming for our football and I say, “Howdy Pardner!”
