  1. Shame it hadn’t been posted before, but for strongman fans it’s fantastic news for British strength

  2. The Albatross wins again!

The dude is crazy huge. I hope he gets to beat Pudz’ 5 wins.

  3. _The Invergordon-born strongman has become one of just TWO competitors to become the World’s Strongest Man on three occasions._

    Wow!

_Only five other man have won the prize more._

    Oh.

  4. Don’t post spoilers! They only show the competition here at Christmas.

  5. His parents are very fortunate he liked lifting weights when they gave him that name

  6. Luke Stoltman, the brother of Tom, came in ninth place only a few weeks after from winning Europe’s Strongest Man

  7. Toms sort of unique in the world of strongman in that he has an effectively guaranteed win event in the atlas stones while obviously being very good in the other events. To my knowledge I don’t think there’s ever been a strongman so dominant in such a core strongman event. I would argue that there have been better strongman (Eddie hall, Brian Shaw, halfthor bjornson, big z) but the way the competition is currently structured events wise it would be very very difficult for Tom not to at least podium. I think he’s going to have the best podium record of all time at the very least, and assuming the events stay relatively consistent he may have the most wins as well.

  8. How many calories needed a day to sustain that? Must be a lot!

I eat 3-3.5k calories a day and it feels like I’m always eating or making food.
