Demolition was supposed to start last month but I haven’t gone by it in a while. Southwark isn’t exactly safe place to cycle through. I’ll go by car one day and look.
Old council tower block that Southwark council had originally planned to refurbish, however after decanting its residents and letting it sit empty for nearly 10 years it’s now been decided it’s too expensive to refurbish so demolition is now the only option. Ultimately it’s just another loss of much needed social housing in the borough
