  1. >[*The form*](https://ut-sao-special-prod.web.app/sex_basis_complaint2.html), launched on Wednesday by the state auditor’s office, allows anyone to file a report on a violation of the “Sex-Based Designations for Privacy, Anti-Bullying, and Women’s Opportunities” act with near-total anonymity.

    >***The form is still accepting responses, and is mandated by the act. The Utah State Auditor was specifically tasked with “establish[ing] a process to receive and investigate alleged violations” and referring violations to the state’s Attorney General, who could fine government violators up to $10,000 per violation per day.***

Good. Let’s make it 10,000 bogus reports then.

  2. I hope the official who has to sort through all of these is having a great day

  3. Bogus reports?

But I thought in Utah they are God-fearing religious people s/

  4. The spirit of Boaty McBoatface will ALWAYS return to the interwebs in it’s darkest hours…

  5. Those are rookie numbers. We can do better than that on day four.

  6. It would be terrible if that figure increased the second week

  7. So there are at least 4000 trans people in Utah and all of them used the bathroom over 3 days? Wow!

  8. I sure hope that IP Freely, Hugh Jass and Ivanna Tinkle are brought to justice swiftly.

  9. > “We didn’t see anything that looks credible,” Utah Auditor John Dougall told the Salt Lake Tribune, adding that reports were “pretty easy” to screen. “For example, if they have my name as a complainant, you know, I’m not complaining.”

  10. If they can idenfity fake reports from “valid” ones in only three days then we’re doing it wrong. Submit reports that seem real and take time to investigate, not bogus ones that are easily identifiable.

  11. I saw someone uploading what first appeared to be legitimate bathroom videos with a sudden cut to a jumpscare. doin lord’s work

  12. What exactly are the reports supposed to do? Is someone expected to get a photo, or the personal information of a suspected violator so authorities can track them down?

  13. I took a piss in the Salt Lake City airport while wearing a pink shirt.  I feel weird turning myself in, but maybe a few dozen of you fine people can make the report.

  14. Any good Utah addresses where this trans chicanery would happen?

  15. Where do I file a report? This is going to be a very real report. Not in anyway fictional and designed to muddy up the bureaucratic process.

  16. that’s great! piss on those petty, hateful politicians

  17. Seems like the only solution for Utah is to put cameras in public restrooms, you know, for investigative purposes…

  18. I made ASCII art of gay porn.

    For example, 8===D ( )°( )

I also sent them kpop and lady gaga lyrics

  19. The UK has one going on right now too so needless to say the same thing is happening with that 🤭

  20. Reminds me of the fun times I had copy pasting Rick Astley lyrics over and over on Texas’ abortion bounty site.

  21. I am waiting to hear news of some industrious person making a bot that automatically reports a random location every 30 seconds through some kind of ip masking so the reports don’t appear to come from a fixed location.

  22. That’s a lot of fact-checking done very quickly, because to me that sounds like 4,000 unverified complaints.

    >“We didn’t see anything that looks credible,” Utah Auditor John Dougall [told the Salt Lake Tribune,](https://www.sltrib.com/news/politics/2024/05/03/utah-trolled-with-4000-hoax/) adding that reports were “pretty easy” to screen. “For example, if they have my name as a complainant, you know, I’m not complaining.”

    Wow! corruption too!

  23. This is the way. I know I’ve seen all the Mormon leadership going into the wrong bathrooms.
