  1. Ok but besides the mountains of evidence and parade of credible witnesses, the DA has nothing on Trump

  2. So he was committing crimes while president of the United States. For literally any other president this would be earth shattering news. For trump it’s just another Monday. Truly the most despicable president the US has ever seen by far.

  3. He talks like a mob boss but he just can’t resist leaving his tiny little fingerprints on every crime he commits.

  4. He was supposed to have turned his businesses over to his sons to run. We all knew he was lying about that but now we have evidence that he knowingly violated the emoluments clause.

  5. Saw an amazing point in another forum.

Cohen worked for the Trump Org and was a salaried employee. Why would a salaried employee send you an invoice? How could a salaried employee invoice $130k for legal fees?

  6. SC: well the corruption was an official act so immunity

  7. Oh what so now he has to understand every document he signs?? When will the impossible standards end?? /s

  8. Absolute immunity for acts taken as President(!) if he doesn’t have absolute immunity then all future presidents (assuming there is a democracy in the future) could be held responsible for paying off their sex workers too and that would be bedlam!

  9. Sure he did.

What’s he going to do, *read* it? Come on.

  10. Funny, I thought he turned over his personal business duties to his sons, no? So a president can run his business from the white house? Who knew?

  11. Oh well if thats the case then trial over, presidents can’t commit crimes in office according to trump

  12. >But, Tarasoff testified, it was Trump and his sons who had to approve the payment of any invoice of $10,000 or more; in the former president’s case, **he always used a black Sharpie, and would write “VOID” if he didn’t want to approve a payment.**

Ah, what can’t Trump accomplish with his trusted Sharpie.

  13. I’m here with my popcorn, waiting for him to violate his gag order again. See if Judge has the balls to toss his orange ass in jail.

  14. If he didn’t want to pay an invoice, he’s just write VOID on it with a sharpie. Well I feel like such a fool, all this time I’ve been paying my bills when all I had to do was send them back?

  15. And guess what folks? This is totally legal for the US president to break the law while in office because apparently the United States likes the idea of a monarchy while they hold office. Because if the senate isn’t going to convict should the house impeach him, then the president is completely immune from any and all crimes while in office. Because, per dipshits in the senate, “the voters should decide”

    This fucking country, smdh

  16. But guys, he has all those articles printed out and he says this is unfair.

  17. Signing off on something means he definitely read and understood them. That’s what giving your signature means. Liability.

  18. God DAMN. If he would’ve just divested his fucking peanut farm none of this wait a minute….

  19. Can we impeach a former president for acts they did while in office? Or is it only for sitting presidents?

Impeach and convict and the orange tub of lard can’t legally be president again.

  20. Still cannot fathom how 50% of america is just like yea news is fake, and so are straight up facts, but whatever comes out of trumps mouth says is the literal truth

  21. The funniest thing in the most annoying and frustrating aspect is that this case seems so strong and he’s totally not going to do a plea deal.

  22. Dear MAGAt Traitors,
Do you understand he is going to prison? You may still RAPE worship and if you are Christian please continue to RAPE worship in Jesus name.
    Sincerely,
Patriots and Citizens of the United States of America

  23. >“See, Trump has to be immune from any crimes he commits, otherwise he would be susceptible to blackmail and extortion in office!!!” – Samuel Alito

    /s

  24. If Trump isn’t found guilty and doesn’t end up serving decades in prison and is elected president again, we might as well tear up the Constitution because that means the United States of America lost.

People have been sent to Rikers for years on unfounded suspicions, yet this dude gets to run for president??

  25. So signing a check is now illegal? You kids are funny

  26. All he can hope for is a hung jury, a full jury nullification, or successful jury intimidation at this point. He’s obviously guilty as fuck.
