2. It fine if they want universities to disclose and even divest from Israel. However, if this is the case people need to maintain those same values for every country that does horrible things. I have not see demanding of universities stopping accepting funding around what chinese do to the weegers.

4. Humm… in US non-profits, if someone donates and stupulates the funds be invested in let's say Israel, the institution MUST do so. No stipulation, then its free to do otherwise. However this is a shallow response to a complex issue.
