reportedly Russia is using chemical weapons against Ukraine with Ukraine claiming it’s had to treat at least 500 troops for exposure to toxic substances and has reported over 1400 cases of suspected chemical weapons usage and this is the us as Russia’s using the same choking agent as German forces did in World War I also accusing them abusing tear gas in Ukraine with one soldier dying as a result of Suffocation and the state department believing Russia is in violation of the 1993 chemical weapons convention which also to touch on that one of the arguments for tear gas being used at protest but being illegal in Warfare is that civilians usually Escape tear gas whereas soldiers are forced to choose between getting shot or suffocating and all of this playing out as last month the G7 released a statement saying that any use of chemical biological or nuclear weapons by Russia would be met with severe consequences though for what it’s worth Russia has denied this allegation

The State Department believes Russia is in violation of the 1993 chemical weapons convention. Tear gas is often used at protests but is illegal in warfare for one reason: Civilians can usually escape tear gas whereas soldiers are forced to choose between getting shot or suffocating. Last month, the G7 released a statement saying that any use of chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons by Russia would be met with severe consequences. Russia, for what it’s worth, has denied this allegation.

  14. Really, ukraine could be using the chemicals, and its affecting their troops downwind.

  29. Are Ukrainian soldiers just self deleting themselves for a propaganda? Or do you think they’re just simply saying without facts. If there’s evidence then it isn’t propaganda from USA or Ukraine. Either Russia is saying this while doing that or they have completely loss the chain of command, which still isn’t valid because it’s their troops. And their weapons on their side of the war.
