Lightning storms batter south England and Wales

Storms across southern parts of England and Wales are expected to continue throughout Thursday morning, interrupting travel and potentially bringing the threat of flood.

Warnings remain in place for the south-west of England and Wales until 8am Thursday, the Met Office said, while a warning in south-east England was extended to 10am.

Commuters have reported facing delays as trains are held up on tracks while repairers work to reconnect power and The Met Office warned of “difficult driving conditions and some road closures”.

  1. What do I see here but Almighty God demonstrating His great power in the storms which were over southern England in the early hours of today.
We are all without excuse on the great Day of Judgement which is coming upon us all at the end of the world!
If only people acknowledged all of this & not comment such bunk on here, the better!

  2. I live in England man it’s crazy there when I heard thunderstorms I get really stressed out and sad when I got home I got all wet
