They’re not gifting it him. A new start-up called Shellfront – no employees, one director called Guy Incognito, based in a one-bedroom flat in Bognor Regis – has purchased it on his behalf. They’ve paid £1 billion for the ticket, so that’s City’s next 4 transfer windows sorted.
