Is there a physical shop where I can buy refurbished/second hand laptops in Riga? Or a reliable online shop? I know that [Baltic Data](https://www.balticdata.lv/en/) sometimes is selling refurbished laptops in their physical shops around Riga. I wonder if there are more shops of this kind, or even specialized ones in selling second hand electronics. Paldies in advance.

There are Lombard net called Banknote, try to find there. They have a website, available in lv and ru.

I personally haven’t tried, but I’ve heard that the amazon refurbished stuff is pretty good. if you’re willing to take a samll risk, you could look into facebook marketplace or [ss.lv](https://ss.lv). if you do decide to take that route, make sure you pay the seller in person and test everything out before purchasing it as there won’t be any warranties or anything. I’d also suggest you try to ask the seller for a receipt of poof of purchase just to be safe (if not buying from a store)
