May 10th, 1987: Napoli won their 1st Scudetto, Maradona helped clinched the title in a title-decider win over AC Milan

1. Im just happy this is not another Juve post.

2. Maradona 1986-88 is the best player to every play the game. His world cup performances are just out of this world.

3. How can anyone not consider Maradona the greatest of all time I’ll never know.

4. What a goal. Imagine being at the stadium and knowing that THAT goal gave you the scudetto.

   Amazing, emotions running wild

   And I say that as a Milan supporter

5. I was not born at that time and it is hard for me to understand but why did Maradona choose Napoli over Barcelona at that time? Was Napoli any good at the time or Maradona made everybody better just by stepping on the pitch?

6. Maradona was the most gifted player ever with the ball at his feet, by far more skilled than Messi and Ronaldo. And the guy played in an era where you could chop up a striker and there was no VAR to review.
