Hi all, there are a few bakery items that I would love to recreate from Cyprus, at home here in the US. However I cannot find a recipe for either of them ANYWHERE on the internet and was hard to even find pictures (maybe I'm searching in the wrong language…) can anyone help with some solid recipes? I regard myself as a fairly proficient baker so would love to get them as authentic as possible!
