Check the other side of the paper, the bottom line says that. Maybe there are instructions in the back.
Thats in a “boletin de denuncia” not the real fine. That will reach your house (or the rental company) by mail in a month or so. Its the communication of an agent that is has notified an infraction, and now the legislative body will check if it constitutes a punisheable option (it will be as you park on a place that requires parkimeter and don’t put the correspondet toket or pay by app)
Some fines has the posibility of reducement payment on the parkmiter. But in your one specifically say is not “no anulable”. Maybe because is a rental car. So you will have to wait.
I’m not sure, it is probably a fine for parking without paying for a ticket in green lines or blue lines.
Apply too is you have put a wrong plate number.
