13. My sister works there, she posted a pic of the cheese cave on Facebook, it really is deep in the caves.

14. I’m from Luxembourg and have sampled a great variety of nation’s cheeses. The UK has the best cheeses by far and I will die on this hill.

16. We’ve come a long way from when Edam was the new kid on the block to the climate controlled cheeseaireums full of aged cheeses these days.
