Yesterday, during the rehearsal of jury voting (ransom allocation) the Finnish spokesperson refused to say Israel 12 points instead saying IRELAND twice… Well done !! Is this a sign of things to come tonight ?? 🍿🍿🍿

    I don’t know if I’m looking forward to it or dreading it… it’s going to be so uncomfortable. I feel sorry for the presenters.

  5. Maybe when people said Israel participating will bring the contest into disrepute we should have listened?

    I was all for fairness and everyone having a platform….

    But this mess proves how humans are now in 2024 and how divided we are. How can we try to remove politics from anything when everything is political these days… ???

    Even my fucking sex life is allegedly political and I keep that to myself. It’s 2024, I’d weep if I had the energy to.

  7. The eurovision sub is all about the meltdown of the competitions reputation, especially now that an act that gave one critical comment gets disqualified from the contest. The EBU have never been this stubborn in my lifetime. They would rather the whole contest go down the tubes than ban the Israeli performance.
