His biggest moment, for me, was when he let Julian take the penalty. Any other player would have gone for the hattrick and claimed the ball. His body language, when he gestured ‘no it’s ok’ says everything you need to know about this team.
The second finish was very Haaland-esque. Reminded me of one of the many goals he scored against united
Man who knew out of all our players Gvardiol would be the one stepping up for the title race
Haaland would trip over his own feet trying to do what Gvardiol did ffs
I think Gvardiol not taking the pen today shows a level of maturity, he knows that letting Julian take the pen and scoring as will boost Julian’s confidence so much and the goal difference helps too!
