  1. Seems like it aimed for the engine. Probably just about the only area these things can hit effectively without a clear EW environment. These sort of vehicles need heavier ordinance to knock out.

  4. Question… if an RPG hits the outer skin of one of these things will the EFP still have enough power to cut through the tank underneath?

  7. From what I see the real reason why turtle tanks were effective is that Russians got past dense minefields and they weren’t simply immobilized or outright blown up. The shells protected them against drones/artillery fragment when they were on the move but dense minefields are still the most important element of a strong fortification.
