Hurts my heart every time I see an article like this (which is pretty damn often).
What a great “ban”.
lol are we back to posting every dog attack in here again?
It’s like Scotland is always 1-2 years behind the fashion in England.
And yet if I took a machete out with me I would be prosecuted
Round me they’re everywhere, not a muzzle in sight. Owners just look like your typical scum, be posting on Facebook that it’s bad owners this evening
Photos are horrific. I posted earlier I walk my dog early on the morning or late at night to avoid idiots who take their agressive dogs out but reading this article makes it seem like it doesn’t matter what time it is. Hope Scamp pulls through and the antibiotics work so the vet manages to patch him up.
It’ll probably get worse soon when the weather warms up, way more unsocialised dogs getting walked in summer who never get outside when it’s colder.
What would it take for the public to get behind a cull?
Serious question. People love their dogs in this country. But what severity of attack would it take for people to say enough is enough? 10 killed by a pitbull in an Asda?
When XL bully attacks get more reported than actual crime committed by humans🤭
The reality is that this is such a minor political issue but one that almost everyone can agree on and sounds shocking enough to click on it forces itself into the news so often. If XL bullies were banned completely or not banned at all there is a 99% chance it would not affect you, or anyone you know. This trend needs to die and people need to stop upvoting this, we get it there is an attack every so often but they’re not a big issue.
