If I’m not mistaken one of these bridges was geolocated and revealed to have been a bridge that the Russian’s would have to have used to advance to any major cities in Kharkiv. That basically confirms the Russian’s are scared of a counter attack and their incursion in Kharkiv is a distraction rather than a serious offensive (assuming it’s true that they’d have to use that bridge to advance, I haven’t bothered checking the geolocation myself).
That’s a dam. They blew up a dam to make it more difficult for the Ukrainian people to survive.

So where is the Western support? Why there is no AA system covering that bridge?

Russia seems to launching a limited offensive in Kharkiv. They wont take the city, but they probably are trying to put pressure on the city and bring it into MLRS range.

Let this be a reminder that when they hit a school or a hospital, it wasn’t a mistake.
