3. Given how Xavi refuses to sub or rest Lewa, even when it would make sense, hard to see how he doesn’t get automatically renewed outside a long term injury.

   Very dumb contract structure for someone Lewa’s age, who may well drop off rapidly with not much notice.

4. How are people complaining? Yes he has a high salary but if we don’t have another striker and he plays more than half of the game time he can it obviously means we don’t have a better choice….
