The ruzzians are no doubt going to try spin and use this destroyed apartment building as 'proof' of Ukraine targeting civilian infrastructure. This footage needs to be shared. Where is the arrival? This is very clearly a repeat of how they galvanised support for the war in Chechnya.

There’s a brief moment where a shadow blots out the window. The explosion definitely originates from deep inside the building but from this angle there’s no ingress debris or sign of external ordinance.
Even IF this was Ukraine, who gives a fuck? Russia has fucking targeted HUNDREDS if not thousands of buildings like this.
Russians are now saying it was hit by a debris from Ukrainian rocket that their air defense shot down.
But this message doesn’t mean much. It could be an attempt to tell that their Air Defense is obviously “best in the world” etc bullshit.
It could be terrorist attack made by Putin, it could be indeed their air defense failure – their own rocket fell down, possibly.
I’m not expert, but not sure if this video can prove us anything. It could be hit from behind of building and on video we only see “front” side, so it could appear like explosion was from insides of building.
Regardless, Russians are fully responsible for what happened. Ukraine has no reason to hit buildings, to keep internaltional support, Ukraine wants to be as clean as possible while performing any rocket attack. Russians don’t give shit and they stopped trying to find excuses why their rockets hit appartment buildings in Ukraine.
Russians will use any situation for their propaganda. Support for Ukraine should only be increased.
