if you slow it down around the 00:09 mark and look at the bottom 2nd floor window bulges a bit next to the pole. You do not see a projectile enter the frame. Unless it hit behind the building and went through to the other side. I do not think it was a missile.

There is no rocket seen. Looks more like a “controlled detonation” in the basement made by Putler like he did in 1999 and blame the chechens for it to have an excuse for the invation in 2000. Looks like now he search for an excuse for full mobilisation.

Using a civilian city as cover for their fighters and letting glide bombs fly over it, because it is easier, all while risking hitting your own population over and over again. Russia really fights the most cowardly way possible.
