Gyro vehicles have been trying to take off for decades, i cant really see it happening. Nor do i think it will really change anything here. Same amount of people on the road just more trying to filter and driving standards are way too low.
Better to just stop the company cars entirely and try to improve on public transport or cycling infrastructure.
